The butcher, Ben Savage, will contact you by telephone next September to discuss the different cuts of beef. Subsequently, the beef should be ready to be picked up from the butcher in St-Albert at 113 rue Principale in St-Albert.
The price per pound for the carcass is $8.00.
For beef, we require a deposit upon purchase:
- 1/4 beef: deposit of $300
- 1/2 beef: $600 deposit
- Full beef: $1,200 deposit

The weight varies slightly from one animal to another. The final amount is based on the carcass weight.
Note: The amount of meat represents approximately 60 to 65% of the carcass weight. For example, for a 200-pound carcass, you will have approximately 126 pounds of meat.
