Deposit to reserve beef

Our beef is raised in optimal conditions, fed with balanced forage and grain. We use sustainable farming practices that not only make it a healthy choice but also tasty.

Weight varies slightly from animal to animal. The final amount is based on the weight of the carcass.

  • 150 lbs (1/4 beef)
  • 300 lbs (1/2 beef)
  • 600 lbs (Whole beef)


The price per pound for the carcass is $6.50.


For beef, we require a deposit at the time of purchase:

  • 1/4 beef: $150 deposit (total cost around $975)
  • 1/2 beef: $300 deposit (total cost around $1800)
  • Whole beef: $600 deposit (total cost around $3600)


The butcher, Ben Savage, will contact you by phone in September to discuss the different cuts of beef. The beef should then be ready for pick up at the butcher's shop in St. Albert at 113 Principale Street in St. Albert.
