Deposit to reserve beef

The butcher, Ben Savage, will contact you by telephone next September to discuss the different cuts of beef. Subsequently,  the beef should be ready to be picked up from the butcher in St-Albert at 113 rue Principale in St-Albert.


The price per pound for the carcass is $6.75.


For beef, we require a deposit upon purchase: 

  • 1/4 beef: deposit of $150 (total approximately $845)

  • 1/2 beef: $300 deposit (total approximately $1690)

  • Full beef: $600 deposit (total approximately $3,380)


Deposit to reserve beef

  • Le poids varie légèrement d’un animal à l’autre. Le montant final est basé sur le poids de la carcasse.


    NB: Le nombre de viande représente environ 60 à 65% du poids carcasse, par exemple pour 200 lbs carcasse vous aurez environs 126 lbs de viande.
