HOW IT WORKS

You choose the format (half, whole) on our online store.
2.
By making a reservation, you pay the deposit for your order.
3.
We call you when your meat is ready (in the fall), make the final payment, and then you pick it up at the butcher shop!
* Weight varies slightly from animal to animal. The final amount is based on the weight of the carcass.
* NB: The number of meat represents approximately 75 to 80% of the carcass weight. For example, for 200 lbs carcass, you will have around 154 lbs of meat.
For individual cuts, they are available at the farm until out of stock.
